REFUND POLICY FOR 3 AUGUST 2024

Following an inspection of Bundanoon Oval and its parkland it has been decided to make an early call to postpone Brigadoon until next year, with the new date being Saturday 5 April 2025.

Due to recent heavy rainfalls, there is existing damage to the Oval and its precinct from the normal visitation of locals. The predicted winter weather forecast, with more rain expected and no opportunity for the grounds to dry out, the conditions under foot will not be favourable for all concerned.  We take our responsibility for the care and preservation of Bundanoon Oval seriously and want the Oval to be useable all year round, not just for one day.

Can make next year’s new date?

Excellent, we look forward to seeing you on Saturday 5 April 2025. All existing tickets from 2024 will be valid for our new date without the need for exchange. Please just present your original tickets on arrival. There is no need for you to do anything.

This will take you to the Refund Request Form. Our ticketing partner, Ticketebo will process your refund within 14 days and email you to confirm when your refund has been processed.

Please note, any optional extras chosen when originally purchasing your event tickets (such as Ticket Insurance or SMS delivery) are non-refundable.

Acceptance of the Companion Card does not indicate that a venue is accessible.

As per the Companion Card NSW – Cardholder Terms and Conditions it is the responsibility of cardholders to check accessibility with the venue/activity before booking tickets.

Provided the cardholder requires attendant care support in order to attend Brigadoon we will issue the cardholder with a second ticket for their companion at no charge
